The L's keep falling on Sony. Sony cloud service Gaikai infringes on T5 Labs patents.

Seems like Sony really can't catch a break this year. They've had to lay off workers from numerous divisions, sell their building and deal with less than stellar Vita sales. Now they have a new problem.

VentureBeats is reporting that T5 Labs is claiming Gaikai is infringing on their patents and has gone ahead with a lawsuit.
