"Hitman: Absolution is a mess. The police do not expect Blood Money is involved"

With all the hype for the new IO Interactive Hitman: Absolution game it's hard to swallow this bit of news from the recent review from PCGamer Christmas 2012 issue. According to Tom Francis the game is "a passable stealth game, but one that betrays almost everything that, until now, has made Hitman great."

This isn't sounding too good for the fans of Hitman. Tom Francis also talked about the games artstyle, poor story, OD amount of Bloom, small levels, opening doors as an objective, bad AI and no saves (wtf?!?). What's worse is since this is PC Gamer the review was done obviously on a PC and ran like ass running at times at 15 frames per second!

With all of the talk about Hitman: Absolution being so much better on the PC and IO stating that it "won't just be just a port" it bothers me to hear this. I've been looking forward to this game for awhile so I hope IO has a patch ASAP or else they shall fear the wrath of the PC community.
